Pick of the day: Regeneration

Posted by Amy on Wednesday April 16, 2008

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted up my picks of the day, I’m ashamed to say. But this Regeneration print by LivingInFreedom makes it easier to slowly start it up once again.

Love this collage entitled Petit Herisson by Nuria73, an original painting with mixed media – gouache, paper and wood on a 8×8“or 20×20 cm thick wood.

I love Moleskine notebooks — and this one with a gocco print of bunnies wrapped in a scarf by Argyle Whale is too adorable.

Pick of the day: Belle&boo's Found

Posted by Amy on Tuesday March 25, 2008

I’m a big fan of this Found print by the lovely Mandy of Belle & Boo. I’m actually saving up to buy the Lost and Found set for my bedroom, because the meaning of both prints are especially dear to me.

pick of the day: blacklilypie's buttons

Posted by Amy on Sunday March 23, 2008

Tara Fortin’s Etsy store features a lot of cats. And I mean A LOT. And she does vampires too, and other funky goth illustrations. I bet it’s because her partner in crime, Rocko the Cat puts her up to it. (Did anyone ever watch Rocko’s Modern Life, a cartoon on Cartoon Network where there’s this Aussie bunny who has a cow for a friend? I’m digressing, but I love the name Rocko.)

Anyway, I thought that button badges of The Brothers Cat — four cats heads on individual backing cards — to be a lovely addition to a button collection.
